How it works

A clear path, with a clinician at every decision.

Software helps you get started. People make the medical decisions.
  1. Step 1: Take a short assessment

A few questions about your goals and general health. It takes minutes and needs no account.

    • No account or payment needed.
    • Your answers only help suggest which service may suit you — they are not a diagnosis.
  2. Step 2: Create your private account

Your secure health account is where you complete your medical questionnaire and reach your care team.

    • Your account is protected and private.
    • You then complete a more detailed medical questionnaire, saved as you go so you can pause and return.
  3. Step 3: A clinician reviews

A licensed Nigerian clinician reviews your full questionnaire and may ask follow-up questions before deciding anything.

    • A clinician reads everything you share.
    • They may message you with follow-up questions, suggest a consultation, or recommend in-person care.
  4. Step 4: Your plan, delivered discreetly

If treatment is right for you, your clinician prepares a plan. Anything prescribed is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner in plain packaging.

    • Plans are signed by your clinician.
    • Prescribed items, if any, are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner. Delivery availability varies by state.
  5. Step 5: Ongoing care

Message your care team, log progress and attend follow-ups — your plan is reviewed as you go.

    • Care continues after delivery.
    • Check in, track progress and message your care team. Refills are reviewed, not automatic.

A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is right for you. Completing an assessment or paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

Ready when you are.

Start with a short, private assessment. No account needed until you choose to continue.
